I’m Kim Moynihan, a certified Master Clinical Herbalist, blending Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and functional medicine principles to uncover the root causes of your health concerns—whether it’s fatigue, stress, digestive issues, or chronic conditions like arthritis or thyroid imbalances. My approach nurtures your body, mind, and spirit, helping you reclaim lasting wellness.

I live among and grow many of the herbs used in my custom herbal formulas, from marshmallow root to nettle, ensuring their purity and potency for your healing journey. This deep connection to nature inspires my practice and allows me to craft tinctures and protocols that truly honor the wisdom of the earth.
